If you are using security software such as a firewall or anti-virus software, it may be that the port that LiveOn is using has restrictions placed on it, due to the software settings. Click here to check whether the port that LiveOn is using has any restrictions placed on it. Also, if Internet access is restricted for each application, you will need to change the settings so that LiveOn Internet access is allowed for all applications.
