Troubleshooting

The login window from the LiveOn site cannot be displayed.

If you are using Internet Explorer 7 with Windows Vista, due to the effects of the Windows Update security update program, this problem will occur when you click on the link from an “Internet” zone site to a “Trusted sites” zone site.

Run Windows Update.
This problem was fixed in the Microsoft security update program of April, 2009.
