Status and Member Group

• Select a member in "Status" or "Member Group" tab and right click on the member. A pop-up menu appears.
  
  
  

  Message	Invoke a window to send a message to the selected member.
  Send File	Invoke a window to send a file to the selected member.
  Web Conference	Invoke a window to hold a web conference with the selected member.
  Prohibit this member	: Prohibit the member selected. For prohibited member, your status appears as "Offline". The member cannot send messages or hold a web conference.
  Delete member	Delete the member selected.
