Message

1. Save
   
   Save messages displayed in Message window.
   When you click onbutton, the window appears as below.
   
   
   Confirm the name of file and folder to be saved, and click on "Save" button. And then, the conversation on Message window will be saved.
   The format of the saved file are *.txt and *.rtf.
2. Invite other members
   
   Invite other members into the conversation.
   Including the members invited, you can communicate in a group on the Message window.
   Click onbutton, a window appears as below.
   
   
   *The members who appear in the list are Online, Occupied or Away. The members in the status of Offline or Prohibit do not appear in the list.
   
   Select other members to invite and click on "OK" button.
   
   
   
   When a new member is invited to the conversation, now you can send and receive messages with the member.
3. Send file
   
   Send a file to members.
   *The feature of "Send File" is available only when the conversation is one to one.
   When you click onbutton, a window appears as below.
   
   
   Select a file to send and click on "Open".
   In Message window, the confirmation of sending or receiving a file is also displayed in participant's Message window.

   "Send file" Confirmation Message.		"Receive file" Confirmation Message.

   
   

   User sending a file	-	Confirmation message to send a file. [Cancel]-Cancel File Transfer.
   User receiving a file	-	Confirmation message of receiving a file appears, click "Accept" to save the file to a specified folder. [Reject]-Reject receiving the file.

4. Web Conference
   
   Hold a web conference with the members in conversation.
   Click onbutton.
