Web Conference

1. Click onbutton or select "Web Conference" on "Control" menu.
   
   Web Conference window appears, select members and click "OK". (You can select multiple users.)
   
   
   *The members who appear in the list are Online, Occupied or Away. The members in the status of Offline or Prohibit do not appear in the list.
2. The settings window for a web conference appears, click on "OK" to hold a web conference.
   
   
   

   	Room Type	Select the maximum number of members who can join the conference.
   	Audio Sampling Rate	Select the quality of sound. The higher the number provides the better quality of sound.
   	Encryption Level	Select the encryption level of communication.

3. A message for conferencing appears in Message of organizer and participant.
   
   Click on "Enter" to login web conferencing room.
   Click on "Stop", no member can enter the room. (This appears only on organizer's Message.)

4. Enter a conferencing room.
