	Microphone On/Off	Select microphone On and Off.
	Speaker Volume slide bar	Set speaker volume level.
	Speaker On/Off	Set speaker On or Off.
	Main User Window	Show the video of main user.
	User Name	Show the name of main user.
	Audio Status	Show other participant's audio status. When you are the main user, the icons of camera and recording appear.
	Volume Indicator	Show volume level of the speaking participants.
	Video and Audio recording button.	Start / Stop video and audio recording. When you are the main user, the icons of camera and recording appear.
	Speakers Window	Show the image of speakers; maximum 4 people When you are speaking, your name moves from participant list to speaker list.
	User Name	Show the name of speaker.
	Audio Status	Show other participant's audio status. When you are a speaker,the icons of camera and recording appear.
	Volume Indicator	Show volume level of the speaking participants.
	Video and Audio recording button.	Start / Stop video and audio recording. When you are a speaker,the icons of camera and recording appear.
	Waiting List	A list of participants who requested to speak.
	Participant : Request button Main User : Allow button	When participant presses request, your name will be put on the waiting list. Main user has the right to choose participants to talk with. Only when main user allows participant to speak, it shows participant's names and videos on the windows.
	Deny button	Cansel the request to be a speaker.
	Speaker List	Show the name of main user and speaker.
	Camera Status	Participant camera is enable.
		Participant camera is not enable.
	Microphone Status	Participant microphone is enable.
		Participant microphone is not enable.
	Video and Audio recording button	A participant with this icon is main user.
	Speaker:Done button	Finish conversation. (The speaker becomes a participant again.)
	Main User:Remove button	Remove the speaker. (The speaker becomes a participant again.)
	Self-Window	When you are a participant, your video is shown.
	Name Display	When you are a participant, your name is shown.
	Microphone ON/OFF	Sets microphone on or off.
	Volume Indicator	Show volume level.
	Camera switch button	Switch camera Off or On.
	Video and Audio recording button	Start / Stop recording Video and Audio.
	Information	Main User : Show the number of Speakers and Participants.
		Speaker :Show as "Speaker (the number of speaker)".
		Participant: Show as "Requesting" When no one is requesting - it shows nothing.

• Member List window shows current participants on the same conference room. You can check other participants' statuses.
  
• When a participant joins or leaves conference room, the list is updated. Click "update" to update list manually.
• To search a participant's name, input participant's name(or a part of participant's name) and click "Search".
• The number of "Total" is the total number of speakers and participants except for main user.
• The name with color is your name.
• Right Click other participant's name to show the following menu.
• Main user:Send Message --- Send a message to the selected participant.
  Designation --- Designate the selected participant as a speaker.
  Speaker/Participants: Send Message --- Send a message to the selected participant.
  Eject --- ejects the selected participant from the conference room.
• For the instructions, please refer to "Send Message" on the menu of Remote View.

[Main User]
• The main user is decided when a room of multi-user mode is created and cannot be changed while conferencing.
• Allowed all operations in the conference room.
• The functions only allowed for the main-user are:
• Give a voice to other participants.
• Eject another participant from the conference room.
• Start and operate Single Window Display.
• Questionnaire function.

[Speaker]
• A participant that is given a voice by the main user is elevated to a Speaker.
• A speaker can operate the key functions of the conference room, excluding a part.

[Participant]
• All user other than the main user becomes a participant when the first entering the conference room.
• Unless the main user gives a voice, a participant is only a viewer that cannot speak.
• A participant cannot operate the key functions of the conference room.

[Give a voice]
• A voice is given to a participant by the main user in the following methods.
  
  

  Accept a speech request	-	A participant clicks "Request" button on the Waiting List, then the main user selects a participant from the Waiting List and clicks "Allow" button.
  Designate as a speaker	-	The main user selects "Designation" from Member List.

[Release a voice]
• A voice is released from a speaker in the following methods.
  
  

  Main User	-	The main user selects a speaker from the Speaker List and clicks "Remove" button.
  Speaker	-	A speaker clicks "Done" button on the Speaker List.

• Pop-up menu of the "Local View" => Window Arrangement Function
• All participants' windows are detached from main window and line up in a row automatically.

<Participants' View>


• You can freely change the size of the window and move it.
• To finish Window Arrangement Function, Select "End of Arrangement Function" from Local View menu or click "Close" button on arrangement window.
• After ending Window Arrangement Function, all partcipants' windows will return to the main window.

• Display Video, Whiteboard and text box in a single window frame.
• In the menu of local view, the main user can select "Single Window Display". The single window display synchronizes with the windows of members in the same room. Also, the pane and the window size synchronize when "Synchronization of the size of Window" is checked.
• On the Whiteboard and the Drawing mode of the Document Sharing, The movement of scrollbar by the main user synchronizes with other participants.
• Displaying/hiding of the Member List and Text Box by the Chairmanship holder synchronizes with other participant.
• To finish Single Window Display, Select "End of Single Window Display" from Local View menu.
