Optional Feature: Application Sharing

The user started application sharing can transfer the operation control of shared application or desktop to other participant.

• The participant makes a control request. (In the Multi-User mode, only Main user and the speakers can make a control request.)
• (Participant side) From the menu of "Control" on shared application screen, select "Operation Request".
• On the screen of user started the application sharing, options for control request appear. If the user accepts the request, the operation control is transferred to the user sent the control request. If the user started the application sharing rejects the request, the rejection message appears on the screen of the user sent a control request.

• If the user invoked the application sharing ignores the control request for 30 seconds, the request is automatically rejected.
  The transfer of operation control is not allowed among members. If a member needs the operation control, it has to be released back to the user invoked the application sharing before another member request the operation control.
  In order to reject the control requests automatically, on the start-up screen of Application Sharing, check "Ignore all requests for control".
  Once the operation control is transferred to the other member, the user invoked the application sharing can not control the application nor desktop.

To release the operation control from the member to the user invoked the application sharing.

• The member holding the operation control selects "Release Control" from a menu of "Control".
• The user invoked the application sharing presses the "Esc" key on the keyboard.

• The menu of participants' shared application window is explained in the followings.
  ＜The "Control" menu＞
  Request Control- request the user invoked the application sharing for operation control.
  Release Control- return the operation control to the user invoked the application sharing.
  
  ＜The "View" menu＞
  Best-fit Frame Size - adjust the size of shared application window to the screen size of the user invoked the application sharing.
  Zoom - zoom in/out the display of shared application window.
  Display All - display all components in the shared application screen frame.
  Full Screen - display the shared application on the full screen.
  (When the top-menu is hidden, if you move the cursor up to the top of the desktop screen, a top menu will appear automatically.)
