Member List

• Member List window shows current participants on the same conference room. You can check other participants' statuses.
  
• Click 'Reload' to update to the latest participants list.
• Click 'Close' to close Member List window.
• Participants with black bold text are considered as connnection already established and participants with fine text are considered as connection not yet established.
• Your name is always shown in blue bold text.
• Right Click other participant's name to show the following menu.
• The contents of menu are the same as the Pop-up menu of “Remote View”.

[Show transmission rate]	-	displays the status of data transmitted. For the instructions, please refer to “Show transmission rate” on the menu of Remote View.
[Send File]	-	transfers file to the selected participant. For the instructions, please refer to “Send File” on the menu of Remote View.
[Send Message]	-	sends message to the selected participant For the instructions, -please refer to “Send Message” on the menu of Remote View.
[Start Recording]	-	starts recording the Video and Audio. For the instructions, please refer to “Recording audio, video and replay” on the menu of Remote View.
[Audio Off]	-	mutes the audio output from the selected participant. For the instructions, please refer to ‘”Audio Off” on the menu of Remote View.
[Change Chairmanship]	-	transfers the Chairmanship to the selected participant. (Only the Chairmanship holder curries the authority of “Eject” operation.) For the instructions, please refer to “Change Chairmanship” on the menu of Remote View.
[Eject]	-	ejects the selected participant from the conference room. (Only the Chairmanship holder curries the authority of “Eject” operation.) For the instructions, please refer to “Eject” on the menu of Remote View.

Camera Status		Participant camera is enabled.
		Participant camera is not enabled.
Microphone Status		Participant microphone is enabled.
		Participant microphone is not enabled.
Chairmanship		The participant with this icon is given the control of Document Sharing.

• The Chairmanship is added to the participant who enters the conference room first, and it can be transferred to the another participant while conferencing.
  Pop-up menu of “Remote View” or “Member List” => “Change Chairmanship”
• When the Chairmanship holder leaves the conference room, the Chairmanship moves to another participant automatically.
• The functions only allowed for the Chairmanship holder are:
  • Operating Document Sharing function.
  • Questionnaire function.
  • Eject another participant from the conference room.
  • Start and operate Single Window Display.
  • Transfer the Chairmanship to the another participant.
  • Application Sharing.
