Remote View

• On Remote View Window, Window pop-up and functions shown in the menu given below are available.

• Double click a participant's Remote View window.
• By right-clicking on the Pop-up window, a menu appears.
• In order to close Pop-up windows individually, double click on the Pop-up window one by one.

Place the mouse cursor over button on the Remote View.

• Set Individual speaker volume level from other participants.
• Move slide bar upward to make speaker volume louder.
• Move slide bar downward to make speaker volume lower.

Select 'Show Transmission Rates' in the Remote View popup menu and current transfer rates will be shown.

• The current transfer rate
  

[ Incomming Data ]	Video	:	Participant's transmission status of video will be shown.
	Audio	:	Participant's transmission status of audio will be shown.
	Other	:	Participant's transmission status other than video and audio will be shown.

• Click 'Close' button to terminate this window.

Select 'Send File' from Remote View popup menu.

• Right click participant's window and select 'Send File' from Remote View menu. The following window will be shown.
  
• Click 'Open' button and select a file to send. Then click 'Send' button to start sending the file.
  *Please refer 'Send File' to receive the file.

Select 'Send Message' from Remote View popup menu to send private message to that participant.

• Right click participant's window and select 'Send Message' from Remote View menu. The following window will be shown.
  
• Type the message in the message area. Click 'Send' button to send the message to participant.

Click button on the Remote View.
Select 'Audio Off' from Remote View menu.

• Audio from that participant wiill be turned OFF and participant's audio status will change to .

[Pop-up Menu on Remote View](Right Click on Remote View)-> [Change Chairmanship]

• Only the Chairmanship holder carries the authority of “Eject” operation.
• Chairmanship holder is able to transfer Chairmanship to other participants.
  For the instructions, please refer to “Chairmanship”.

Pop-up Menu on Remote View(Right Click on Remote View)-> Select “Eject”

• Only the Chairmanship holder carries the authority of “Eject” operation.
• The Chairmanship holder is able to eject the selected participants from the room.
  (The ejected participants are able to re-enter the room.)
