Play Media

  • Able to play Audio and Video files on Local view and broadcast to other participants.
  • By selecting “Play Media” from Local view Pop-up menu, “Play Media” window appears.
  • By selecting a file, click on “Play” button, the player starts playing the file.
    • Number Name Function
    1 Open Display the dialog to select a file.
    2 Play
    Pause    		 Play selected file.
    Pause playing file.
    3 Stop Stop playing file.
    4 Play slow Play movie file slowly.
    5 Repeat ON/OFF Repeat playing file until it’s disabled.
    6 Camera Frame ON/OFF Display local view on the right hand corner below.
    7 Video ON/OFF When it is OFF, the camera view is shown and only audio is played.
    8 Sound ON/OFF When it is OFF, only video is played.
    9 Volume Adjust the volume level.
    10 Frame return Return frame click by click.
    11 Position Adjust the play position of audio or video files.
    12 Frame send Send frame click by click.
  • Playable File format
    • Video File *.wmv, *.avi, *.mpeg, *.mpg
    Audio File *.wma, *.wav, *.mp3
  • While playing a media file, the audio from microphone is transmitted.
  • The current environment settings of video size and frame rates are applied on the playing file.
  • The sampling rate is of the conference room entered is applied on the playing file.
  • The volume level of playing file is detached from the volume of Speaker on the main screen, please adjust the volume on “Play Media” control dialog.
  • When ‘Frame send’, ‘Frame return’ and ‘Play slow’ functions are not applicable such as playing an Audio file, the buttons turns out gray.
