Optional Feature: Schedule



  

 ■ Room Template

By registering a room template, you can call the fixed room information on the Create room page, the Modify room page and the Copy room page for many times.
  1. Click 'Room Template' on the Schedule page.




  2. Add a Room Template.
    Select 'Add' and fill in required information, then click 'Create' button.



    3. Add Add a new room template.
    Template Type Personal Only you can use this template.
    Common Any other users can use this templates.
    Template Name Enter a template name.
    Room Name Enter a room name.
    Audio Sampling Rate Select a sampling rate from 8KHz, 11KHz, 16KHz, 22KHz, and 32KHz.
    Max. number of participant Select the maximum number of participant from [2], [4], [6], [8], [10], [15], [20].
    Encrypt Level Select encryption level from None, Low, Mid and High.
    content Write comment for Invitation mail and the Room information page.


    <When you have an agreement for Multi-User mode>


    Room Type Select the Room Type from [normal 2], [normal 4], [normal 6], [normal 8], [normal10], [normal15], [normal20], [Multi-User Mode]
    When you select 'Multi-User Mode', the 'select' button for choosing Main User ID becomes enabled.
    Main User ID When 'Multi-User Mode' is selected for the Room Type, the Main User ID is shown. Click 'select' button to change the Main User on the Main User Select page.


  3. Edit a Room Template.
    Select 'Edit' and enter the items to modify then click 'Modify'.



    4. Edit Edit the selected room template.
    Template Type Select template type to edit.
    Template Name Select the room template from list.
    Template Name Enter a new template name.
    Room Name Enter a new room name.
    Audio Sampling Rate Select a sampling rate again from 8KHz, 11KHz, 16KHz, 22KHz, and 32KHz.
    Max. number of participant Select the maximum number of participant from [2], [4], [6], [8], [10], [15], [20].
    Encrypt Level Select encryption level again from None, Low, Mid and High.
    content Rewrite comment for Invitation mail and the Room information page.


    <When you have an agreement for Multi-User mode>


    Room Type Select the Room Type from [normal 2], [normal 4], [normal 6], [normal 8], [normal10], [normal15], [normal20], [Multi-User Mode].
    When you select 'Multi-User Mode', the 'select' button for choosing Main User ID becomes enabled.
    Main User ID When 'Multi-User Mode' is selected for the Room Type, the Main User ID is shown. Click 'select' button to change the Main User on the Main User Select page.

    ***NOTE***
    Only the creator of the room template can edit it.


  4. Delete a Room Template.
    Select 'Delete' and select a room template to delete, then click 'Delete' button.



    Delete Delete a registered template.
    Template Type Select a template type to delete.
    Template Name Select a room template to delete from list.

    ***NOTE***
    Only the creator of the room template can delete it.
