Optional Feature: Schedule
■ Enter to scheduled room
- Click 'Schedule' on the main menu.
- You can enter the room by following ways from the Schedule page.
Click 'Schedule List', then click 'Enter the Room' on the Schedule list page.
Click the date, then click 'Enter the Room' on the daily schedule page.
Click the room name, then click 'Enter the Room' on the Room information page.
You can enter the room from 5 minutes before the starting time.
To leave the room, leave the room by oneself or a warning message will be shown at 2 minutes before the ending time and leave room automatically at the ending time.
You cannot enter the room out of the scheduled time.
The starting time and the ending time are conformed to the server time.
Entering from the Room information page
Click the room name to enter, then click 'Enter the Room' on the Room information page.
Entering from the daily schedule page
Click the date which includes the room to enter, then click 'Enter the Room' on the daily schedule page.
Entering from the Schedule list page
Click 'Schedule List', then then click 'Enter the Room' on the Schedule list page.
Entering from the Invitation mail.
Double-click the URL on the Invitation or reminder mail from the room creator, then click 'Login' on the Login page of MORA Video Conference.
You can enter the room from 5 minutes before the starting time.

The starting time and the ending time are conformed to the server time. - 'MORA Video Conference' will start and you will be taken to the conference room.

*In order to use Multi-User mode, an agreement is required separately.
- If another user with the same ID is already in the room, the following message appears.
If you click 'Enter the room', that user will be disconnected from the server.
