Logging in

1. Click 'Forgot your password' if you had forgotten your password.
   
   
   
   
2. Fill in 'Company Code' and 'User ID', and then click 'Submit'.
   
   
   
   

   	Company Code	Enter company code as the same one used in Registration.
   	User ID	Enter user ID as the same one used in user registration.

   
   
   
3. Your new password will be sent to your e-mail address that you've provided in registration. Go back by using 'Back' Button.
   
   
   
   
4. In your e-mail, open an e-mail with subject: 'MORA Video Conference password Reissue' and click the URL provided in that e-mail.
   
   
   
   
5. In Forgot Your Password page, enter new password, then click 'Submit' button.
   
   
   
   

   	New password	Enter 4-15 digits alpha numeric character.
   	Re-enter password	Enter new password again.

   
   
   
6. When you get 'Your new password is set' message, your password has been changed. Click 'Return' button, and Log in with a new password.
