I get the messages “Failed to connect to authentication server”, “Communication error” and “Failed to connect to server”, and cannot enter the conference room.
There may be instances where LiveOn’s server access is blocked by your security settings. In that case, you will need to change your security settings to allow LiveOn to connect to the Internet. Please consult your software vendor for details on how to make changes to your security software settings.
