Troubleshooting

When I try to enter the conference room, "Communication error" is displayed.

It may be that "Downloader4" is being prevented from connecting to the Internet by the network proxy server or firewall. You will need to change the settings in the proxy server or firewall to allow "Downloader4" to connect to the Internet.
